At 1" wide (25 mm) the narrow tan leather belt is highly versatile; fitting both jeans and formal trousers, we've also been known to wear it as a waist belt to cinch in dresses.

As with all of the Classic Collection, each is handmade from supple Italian vegetable tanned leather. The natural grain and texture is preserved in this lower impact tanning process leaving a robust 3.5 mm thick leather with a unique finish which wear beautifully with use.

To choose your buckle, make a selection from the drop-down menu, and the picture will change to match.

Attaching the buckle with press studs means you can easily swap buckles to match occasion, look, or day of the week - extending it's life and making for an even more unique accessory. Take a browse of our full selection of 1" buckles - if you spot one that isn't pictured here, simply include a note a checkout to let us know which one you'd like instead.

Hand crafted by a member of our small team in London, this tan skinny belt is completed with a matching leather keeper and tapered tip.

Alongside our logo foil stamped on the inside of the belt, you will find our 25 year Warranty Snips stamp; our guarantee this belt will provide you with a lifetimes worth of wear. You can read all about our Classic Belt Warranty here.

Also available in Black and Brown, take a look at our size guide here, or drop us a line if you're after something custom made.

To figure out your perfect fit measure a well fitting belt from the place at which the buckle is attached to the most used hole.

Alternatively, if you do have a tape measure to hand, measure over your trousers, exactly as you would wear the belt - which allows for the added bulk of the trousers.

The leather we use for our classic belts is low maintenance and easy to care for. Most small scratches can be polished out with a clean, soft cloth.

If you feel it’s in need of some extra affection, you might like to use a leather conditioner. Anything with beeswax or natural oils is best. Feel free to get in touch for our own recommendation.

We do not recommend using a coloured conditioner, as there is a high risk of colour transfer onto clothes. A neutral one will rejuvenate the colour slightly without the risk of damage.

The buckles we use for our classic belts are Brass or Zamak which shines up well with typical metal polishes. Always test the polish in an inconspicuous place first.

All of our leather is supplied by tanneries who are audited and certified by the Leather Working Group.

The Leather Working Group is the world’s largest leather sustainability program. LWG has identified environmental best practices in the industry and audits tanneries to assess the environmental performance of leather manufacturing facilities – and certifies those that meet the standards.

The leather used for our Belts is supplied by a Tuscan tannery that has a Silver Rating from the LWG, as well as being a member of The Genuine Italian Vegetable Tanned Leather Consortium.

The Consortium’s mission is to safeguard the centuries-old tradition of vegetable tanning and to guarantee the quality of the raw material and workmanship. The Consortium guarantees manufacturing processes compatible with the ecosystem and not harmful to people.
