Delivery & Returns

Everything you see here is lovingly handmade on site by a member of our small team. 

This means that orders can take up to 3 working days to complete - especially one off custom orders and those with personalisation or additional details.

We take great care and pride in our work, and won’t dispatch anything we’re not completely happy with. 

We post orders as soon as they’re ready, using Royal Mail First Class and we will contact you immediately if we have any delays in fulfilling your order. 

There is the option of Next Day delivery in the UK, but that will incur an additional charge for Saturday delivery. 

There is Free UK Delivery on all orders over £30.

For reference, once they've been dispatched deliveries will typically take:

  • United Kingdom: 1-5 business days
  • North America: 5-10 business days
  • Europe: 3-7 business days
  • Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 7-14 business days
  • Asia Pacific: 5-14 business days

Handling and custom fees may apply to packages sent outside the UK. Any duties payable will be the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid at the time of delivery. Please note that should you decide to return your order for refund we will be unable to refund you any costs you may have incurred for local duty/taxes. 

 

 

Returns and Exchanges

Please contact us for a returns form or download one here. If you can provide as much information as possible regarding your return or exchange, it will help us to process your request more quickly when we receive the item. 

The item must be in an unused condition and packaged securely. We recommend using a recorded delivery service, as we can't be responsible for items lost in the mail.

For international orders, we are unable to process exchanges, but you are welcome to return your item, and re-order the correct size or colour.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs and any re-delivery charges for exchanges, unless the item is faulty in which case return postage will be fully refunded.

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Once we receive your item, we will process your request straight away, and you will be notified of the progress by email.

If the item was a gift then the same rules apply but any refunds will be made to the original buyer only, not the recipient.

Unfortunately we cannot offer returns or exchanges on bespoke or personalised products.

Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. 

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days. However, please note that once we have processed the refund, the length of time taken for the refund to credit the customers account will depend upon the bank itself, and so we are unable to guarantee the date the refund will credit the customers bank account.
