This is our widest belt in the Classics collection, at 2 inches wide or 50mm, this luxurious brown leather belt is a true statement piece.

Carefully handmade in our London workshop, this extra wide leather belt has been crafted from Italian vegetable tanned leather - selected it for it's natural grain and texture, that adapts as it's worn - creating an individual piece unique to you.

The buckle is fastened with press studs, allowing to easily swap the buckle depending on the occasion, creating a versatility and a true expression of personal style.

To choose your buckle, make a selection from the drop-down menu, and the picture will change to match.

You can pick up an extra buckle here letting you swap out styles with ease.

Proudly hand crafted by a member of our small team, with a subtle embossing of our makers mark on the inside to keep the outward design of the belt as clean and classic as possible.

Next to the logo you will also find our 25 year Warranty Snips Stamp, our promise to you that this belt will last longer than your phone will. You can read all about our Classic Belt Warranty on our website here.

While this wide brown belt is designed to compliment most colour schemes, we also make it in classic tan and rich black. Please have a browse our full range of classic belts.

The leather we choose is vegetable tanned, which means it is produced in the most natural way possible. This beautifully preserves the organic past life of the material, highlighting the natural grain and texture, as well as the occasional growth marks or surface imperfections. Every hide has a totally unique grain - for this reason there is almost always some unique variance in the surface finish.

Our size guide is available here.

In addition, we create a range of complimentary accessories and belt pouches from the same luxuriant vegetable tanned leather.

Each piece is built to last, we believe in investment buying, and the creation over time of truly unique pieces specific to the wearer.

To figure out your perfect fit, measure a well fitting belt from the place at which the buckle is attached to the most used hole.

Alternatively, if you do have a tape measure to hand, measure over your trousers, exactly as you would wear the belt - which allows for the added bulk of the trousers.

The leather we use for our classic belts is low maintenance and easy to care for. Most small scratches can be polished out with a clean, soft cloth.

If you feel it’s in need of some extra affection, you might like to use a leather conditioner. Anything with beeswax or natural oils is best. Feel free to get in touch for our own recommendation.

We do not recommend using a coloured conditioner, as there is a high risk of colour transfer onto clothes. A neutral one will rejuvenate the colour slightly without the risk of damage.

The buckles we use for our classic belts are Brass or Zamak which shines up well with typical metal polishes. Always test the polish in an inconspicuous place first.

All of our leather is supplied by tanneries who are audited and certified by the Leather Working Group.

The Leather Working Group is the world’s largest leather sustainability program. LWG has identified environmental best practices in the industry and audits tanneries to assess the environmental performance of leather manufacturing facilities – and certifies those that meet the standards.

The leather used for our Belts is supplied by a Tuscan tannery that has a Silver Rating from the LWG, as well as being a member of The Genuine Italian Vegetable Tanned Leather Consortium.

The Consortium’s mission is to safeguard the centuries-old tradition of vegetable tanning and to guarantee the quality of the raw material and workmanship. The Consortium guarantees manufacturing processes compatible with the ecosystem and not harmful to people.
