Our handmade Black leather clutch bag is designed to be minimal yet practical.  We construct the body of the bag from a single piece of leather, cut, sewn and trimmed into shape by our small team of leather artisans. Each bag is handcrafted from deliciously supple Italian Leather.

The Black leather clutch bag is just the right size to pop in a day bag to keep your phone and keys in a handy to reach place.  It's also ideal for a night out or dinner with friends when you only want a wrist clutch to finish off your outfit and hold your lippy. The bag has a detachable wrist strap which makes sure you don't leave it behind but can still be handsfree. The removable strap is double thickness, made up with a neatly stitched edge which matches the clutch bag perfectly. The strap is attached onto a Brass D-ring via a mini gold coloured trigger hook.

The this little beaut we opted for full grain leather produced in Italy's lush green Venito region. By sourcing a supplier with a close working relationship to the tanner we can ensure the leather we use is made to the highest of standards.  The result of the tanning process is a soft and buttery leather which is warm to the touch.

We offer this black leather evening bag in a wide range of colours from mid-tone grey and even more extravagant versions such as the Leopard Hair on Hide Clutch when you want to make a statement.

Outer dimensions: 13.5cm x 20.5cm. 17cm zipper opening. Wrist strap has 29cm circumference.

Always handcrafted in our London Studio by a member of our small team.

Missouri - The leather we choose is vegetable tanned, which means it is produced in the most natural way possible. This highlights the natural grain and texture, as well as growth marks and scars, beautifully preserving the organic story of the material.

Chroma/Roam Our colourful leather accessories are very low maintenance; try to avoid getting them completely wet, and they can be cleaned with a soft brush, or a damp cloth. Designed to be durable, the solid colour finish can conceal a few more bashes than the natural grain leather but they never say no to a good going over with a leather cleaner and a clean cloth.

There are sealant sprays available, which do help protect your leather goods and can also help protect colour transfer onto lighter coloured clothing.

Missouri - A full grain, natural finish, this leather's charm comes as it is used, aged, and gathers memories.

We’d recommend a soft brush or a slightly damp cloth to give it a gentle clean, and most small scratches can be polished out with a clean, soft cloth. If you feel it’s in need of some extra affection, you might like to use a leather conditioner - look out for one containing beeswax and/or natural oils.

Try not to let your bag get wet, if it does, towel it and then allow it to dry naturally - away from heaters - and it might be worth giving it a little condition after.

To us, it’s important that the leather we use aligns with our values. Alongside creating long lasting, timeless products, we ensure we minimise our impact on the planet, by crafting our pieces responsibly.

All of our leather is supplied by tanneries who are audited and certified by the Leather Working Group.

The Leather Working Group is the world’s largest leather sustainability program. LWG has identified environmental best practices in the industry and audits tanneries to assess the environmental performance of leather manufacturing facilities – and certifies those that meet the standards.
