Missouri Black Leather Sunglasses Case
Our larger, more structured, glasses case. Hand crafted from a single piece of rustic black leather, this sunglasses case features a silver popper to keep your shades secure, and a nose bridge for added support.
Measuring 17.5 cm x 7.5 cm and always handmade by a member of our small team in London, each is blind embossed with our logo.
The leather is our same supple vegetable tanned belt leather, creating a soft finish product with robust natural grain and mottling and the unique surface variations characteristic of the organic material.
The leather we choose is vegetable tanned, which means it is produced in the most natural way possible. This beautifully preserves the organic past life of the material, highlighting the natural grain and texture, as well as the occasional growth marks or surface imperfections. Every hide has a totally unique grain - for this reason there is almost always some unique variance in the surface finish.
To us, it’s important that the leather we use aligns with our values. Alongside creating long lasting, timeless products, we ensure we minimise our impact on the planet, by crafting our pieces responsibly.
All of our leather is supplied by tanneries who are audited and certified by the Leather Working Group.
The Leather Working Group is the world’s largest leather sustainability program. LWG has identified environmental best practices in the industry and audits tanneries to assess the environmental performance of leather manufacturing facilities – and certifies those that meet the standards.
